Very helpful staff, who were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the product. The staff were the biggest plus for Dreams for us and could not have done more for us.

Female staff member was Very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic! Also Very informative and patient. Male staff also very supportive and informative. They both couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you Potters Bar Team! 😃😃

Rachael was very attentive, understood our requirements and very efficient. I was very pleased with her service.

I found the staff professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Despite there being several customers at the same Rachael and the store manager worked well as a team so you felt they were interested in each customer, by giving you enough information about the most appropriate item for each customer, whilst leaving you to try out the product at ones own speed. I particularly need to mention Rachael who impressed me greatly. She and the manager complement each others.

Staff was very friendly and understood my needs and wants. There was no pressure to buy and was very informative.

The sleep expert who served me (Cuong) was very helpful and took the time to understand my specific requirements. Although my order was placed at the end of the Winter sale I was pleasantly surprised by the expected delivery time. Great stuff!

We were helped as soon as we walked in the store by a lovely young lady called Shelley who was very willing to listen to our requirements and help with all the different things going on. It was a great experience all round!

The store had a wide range of product to choose from. The customer assistant that attended to me (Sujit) was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the items I wanted to purchase. the use of the "sleep machine" to match our sleep needs with available product was also a very nice touch

The manager Sid of the Potters Bar store took the time and understood the needs of my elderly mother. He wasn't pushing for a sale there and then which was a plus and encouraged me to contact the store direct over the phone when my mother had decided to make a purchase.
