Ian was friendly and very quick to give advice on what I was looking for with information I provided.

The gentleman was very helpful and not your usual pushy salesman . You didnt feel you was being pushed into buying anything but helped greatly in getting a good choice for your needs . I highly recommend Ian at your Potters Bar Branch.

I was welcomed immediately by the staff. Denville, the assistant was very helpful and friendly with a great sense of humour which put me at ease. I felt like a privileged customer, given time and also a discount which thrilled me. Thank you dreams, I will definitely come again with family and friends.

Our experience on visiting the store was welcoming ,we were given lots of information to help us make our discussion and the staff made us feel that we mattered and that we were important . We have shopped at dreams for 16 yrs and will continue to shop at dream because it is always a superior shopping experience every time we visit.

Good approach from salesman explained about different beds and gave us space to talk in private as we made our minds up.

We were greeted by a salesman when we arrived and on ascertaining what it was we were after he offered us advice, showed us the products which he felt would be suitable and then gave us time to look around on our own. We found the information given to us by the salesman was extremely helpful but also welcomed the fact that he was not at all pushy but was available to answer any questions. The whole experience was really pleasant and was made even more so by the incredibly friendly salesman. who we felt had exactly the right balance between offering assistance and allowing us time to make a decision on our purchase

Store had a good variety of products, staff were quick to acknowledge you were there, without being in any way 'pushy' and did their best to place the order with energy and enthusiasm. The employees, Dennis & Karen, gave the store a great 'vibe'.
