Very knowledgeable, friendly Manager -Ian, who listened to what we wanted and made different suggestions. Also offered advice as to other items that might be useful without being pushy.

Nice show room with lots of beds to try out. we were allowed the time to make the right choice with expert information on hand when required and the internet wall screen was very useful for looking at additional items on line.

The guy was friendly and knew his stuff. Ended up with a very nice bed and all sorted within 45 mins of entering the store

What we were looking for we got it. The king size bed with storage underneath a nice mattress and pillows and the bed linen.

We shopped at Dreams at Potters Bar and you colleague Denville . was stuch a nice man and very very helpful . He was very helpful in showing us the mattress's That we were looking to buy and he was explaining all about the quality etc. With his help we were able to purchase a good quality mattress and take out the special cover to so we were more than happy with our purchase.Mrs L Rudland
