The assistance from the manager at the Potters Bar branch was extremely good. He was efficient and helpful re my request for delivery. In addition, the follow up service in terms of texts and phone calls to arrange precise delivery times, was first class. The delivery men were extremely careful with making sure that there was no damage to pictures etc when removing old mattress and installing the new one. 10/10 all round.
