A member of staff was available as soon as I entered the store, she has very friendly and helpful to what I needed. It was easy to place my order and the speed of the delivery is fantastic.

A cold Monday morning. A friendly welcome from Denville who listened to our requirements.Explained the colour coding of the beds, gave us a pillow and a cup of coffee and faded into the background. Answered our questions as required and progressed our order when needed.

Ian served us quickly and efficiently and was honest with the problem with lack of availability. He offered all the extras but wasn't pushy when we said we didn't want them. Other shops we visited tried to force us into upselling us a product we didn't want or need. Ian understood our budget and was very polite.

The salesman was extremely helpful and very professional. Having dealt with us on arrival in the shop in a very polite manner he explained the colour coding relating to the matresses on display. We were not pressured in any way and he allowed us to browse at leisure offering his availability to answer any questions we might have.
