The people working there were attentive and helpful. They showed us lots of different mattress that were in our price range and help us pick out a suitable bed.

The person assisting us did not rush us and allowed us to make our decision by guiding rather than pushing us

The staff were very friendly and Denville, the gentleman who attended to us, was very helpful and courteous. He did a great job of explaining the differences between the products that we were looking at and helped us make the right choice, while giving us time to think about it and discuss between ourselves so that we didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase.

Very efficient service from a very competant assistant

The assistant was welcoming and pleasant to deal with and listened to our needs.We were encouraged to try out a number of beds, before coming to a decision, and to discuss the pros and cons of different bed specifications. He did not push us at all but showed us items in the range we were interested in pleasant and knowledgeable manner, answering our questions confidently and with expertise. he was hospitable in that we were offered tea or coffee whilst the deal was being discussed. As the discussion progressed we felt able to respond and interact with some more general chat ( it was Boxing Day after all!) He ensured that were were aware of all aspects of the deal and took care to make sure that a convenient delivery date was arranged

Very good customer service, were offered and shown a range of beds and were told of all the relevant offers/insurance options available.

Displays were good staff were accommodating and knowledgeable.

Kristine took me immediately to a mattress she thought would suit my needs. I did not have to struggle with choosing the right one, it was done for me!
