Deville who served me was very polite and friendly. He gave me clear information on the beds and mattresses within my price range. Also plenty of time to try them out!. Very happy with the whole experience.

I found the two members of staff friendly and helpful and were able to help me make a decision and processed my order promptly. There was a good choice of beds for me to make a choice from and they were displayed spaciously to enable trying each bed easy.

Denville (our service assistant) was very knowledgeable about the products and our needs and he made the whole shopping experience less stressful.

Both the Manager Ian Sanders and the assistant Kirstine Shoobridge were very helpful and attentive.

Your sales lady was very helpful in choosing the beds we purchased was very friendly and easy to talk to explained everything in detail only one point we are buying beds as a present for my daughter and would have liked to have done interest free but because we could not provide bills from her new address (she is moving in new house)this was explained to us so we paid cash but no ploblems very happy with Kristina (sales lady)

Ian the sales person was welcoming , knowledgeable and happy tp allow us plenty of time to try out matresses until we found the right one . We were also offered tea or coffee. A pleasant experience .

Very quick and simple process. Helpful staff

I walked in with partner and two young kids. I found the overall experience pleasent considering my kids are wild. Denville our salesman was very acomadating and welcoming, wasting no time at all taking me to the beds I had described to him. (Kids still running wild at this point, they don’t want to draw.) denville made me comfortable with a nice pillow and proceeded to find me hopefully the perfect bed. He continued to reexplain all the details of the bed to my partner more than he needed to. (Partner being thick and not getting it.) but thanks to denville explains possibly 10 tines I think we got somewhere. Thanks to dreams and denville hopefully I found the perfect bed. Delivery is 2 weeks away between my partner kids and my bed I’m aching so really looking forward to the 18th of jan, bring it on. Thanks dreams. Thanks denville for an amusing evening. And handling ya extremely well.xx
