Store was welcoming and reasonably big to display choice. Sales staff were friendly and knowledgable. Was offered choice of products to try out and wasn't rushed when buying. Prices good with discounts as well.

Denville was especially helpful in explaining the differences and similarities between the products and gave us invaluable advice about our purchases.

A very nice lady Kristine was helping me and couldn't have been more helpful. Then when she started to put the order into the computer a colleague (denis I think) interrupted her and took over, making it look as if she was incompetent. He then put his name into the order so obviously he would get the commission. I was not happy with this at all - and once the 'problem ' that he thought we had had been resolved I asked her to restart the order in her own name. This made her and I feel uncomfortable as she was doing a perfectly good job and had been helpful and pleasant since I had first walked in the shop. Bullying tactics amongst staff are not nice for customers to witness!

I was met by Denville who was both professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. I found both Denville and his colleague to be friendly and prepared to spend time to help me.

Found exactly what we wanted with the guidance of the very helpful assistant Denville (029). The delivery arrangements are excellent.

The staff were very helpful, Kirstine was exceptionally helpful, thank you.

Excellent customer service- Kirstine was very knowledgeable about the different. Nothing was too much bother- borrowing tape measures, entertaining our 3 year old even offering us a cup of tea!
