There were two staff at the Potters Bar Branch of Dreams. They knew the products available to offer full advice for us to make a decision. They were both friendly and efficient.

The lady by the name of kids tine was very knowledgeable and had her answers at the ready I was highly impressed everything went very quick and efficent I was very happy so far

This is a local store open on a Sunday which makes it not too busy. The assistance was there when required, and we was able to come out of the store getting what we wanted. I also liked that there was a table with drawing material to keep our son entertained while we placed our order. To make the deal feel even sweeter the sales assistant gave us a complementary set of pillows to go with our new bed and mattress. Little touches like that make a big difference.
