I have always found The Dreams team in Potters Bar very helpful and have always used the store while living there, (16 years). I moved to Stevenage in December and popped back to the Potters Bar store during the January sales and now completed my purchase with them during the Easter Sales. They were the same two members of staff I met in December and in January and upon returning last week they remembered me. Therefore I feel I have a personal repore with them and will continue to utilise the Potters Bar store going forward.

We last visited the Potters Bar store 9 years ago when purchasing a bed for our daughter. We are still extremely pleased with that purchase, so went back to the same store to purchase a new bed and matress for ourselves. We had previously visited the Finchley store, but due to lack of staff knowledge and assistance in exploring products available, we did not make a purchase there. Our experience with Ian at Potters Bar was totally the opposite. He was friendly, knew his stock in store and on-line, allowed us to explore the options available and didn't do a hard sell.

We only came out to find out which mattresses we were likely to look at buying and ended up purchasing our choice today as the service was excellent, as well as the choice of products.
