Kirstine was extremely knowledgable about the product and understood our budget requirements accurately. She was very personable and did not direct us to products that we would have found outside our specific requirements. The store manager let Kirstine deal with us completely but offered advice when asked for. The cup of tea was a lovely touch.

Quick easy and painless

As soon as my husband and I entered the store we were greeted by a member of staff who asked if they could help. We were shown different options to suit our needs and given time to try each out and compare. We were also offered a drink. Once we had made our selection it took very little time to place the order and we were surprised at how quick it could be delivered, even on a Saturday if we wanted, but this did not suit us on this occasion. It was explained that we would receive a phone call in the morning on delivery day with a time slot.
