Very friendly manager who dealt with both my order and my mum's. Nothing too much, gave plenty of time to look around and try the different beds / matresses. Bought my last bed from the same store 2.5 years ago and would come back again after yet another great visit.

My wife and I visited the Potters Bar branch. We were welcome by a staff by name Dunville. He took his time to explain all the questions we had. Offered us cup of coffee. We were eventually convinced with what I would discribe as “first class treatment” as costumers we bought a beautiful bed. I must comment that Dunville was truly professional.
