Dreams - Potters Bar

Kirstine and Ian where very helpful. My partner and I went into the store not really knowing what we were going to buy but after a chat with kirstine we came up with the fact we loved the tv bed. After a few trys on a few different mattresses we decided on it and then got an overall price and delivery quote. All of this was done at 1750 on a Saturday evening 10 minutes before closing !! This really didn't seem to phase them! We sat down and worked out the cost over finance and had a good laugh whilst placing the order which made the experience a whole lot less boring which most of these things are. So to round up a huge thank you to these 2 wonderful members of staff!! We are SO looking forward to our new bed and mattress !!

We went looking for a speciific bed. We phoned in advance so knew it was at the store. The sales assistant showed us suiitable mattresses within our price range.

Our server Kirstine was very very efficient. She was not to pushy, but her knowledge and friendly manner help us choose what we were looking for in a mattress and she was good at getting us to buy a devan. Her skills with people is very good and must come natural to her. I work with people and deal with customers in my job and Kirstine was so customer focused and a credit to your company , thank you ,

Friendly staff excellent price and product

My husband and I were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams, from the moment we entered the store we were greeted by the store manager and given assistance with what we were looking for. We where given all the information we needed to make a decision on choosing the right mattress for us. We left the store satisfied with our purchase.

I found that that sales assistant was quite knowledgeable about the products and gave good advise for what we required. So we came back and bought our bed.

Ian, who assisted me, was most helpful and knowledgeable. Every bed in my home (3) has been purchased from Dreams. I tried various beds of differing value but nothing felt as comfortable, of course, as the one purchased. I look forward very much having my mattress delivered - shame it wasn't today!
