Nobody even cared/apologisied that I got charged £300 twice, the sales consultant simply denied when in fact I have indeed been charged twice and I'm waiting for customer services to answer and sort this out. I've got a lot of expenses at the moment due to moving flat and this double charge cost me a lot as it made me reach my limit on my 0% interest credit card so and forced to use my usual credit card. Basically instead of paying for the mattress in 6 months I will have to my clear my usual credit card in 2 weeks. Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

We were dealt with by Denville who was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Ian, the store manager, approached us immediately which was much appreciated; there's nothing worse than feeling like you're insignificant as a customer. He advised us confidently and knowledgeably, offers us tea/coffee, and also sold is 2 amazing pillows. His assistant was also pleasantly interactive throughout. They make a great team.

This was a seamless visit. I chose an ex-display item but still needed to ask a few questions. Your assistant was able to answer my questions with full knowledge and a lovely smile! I was pleased with the delivery time and also with the cost of assembly.
