The service we received was brilliant. We entered the shop in Potters Bar and was approached by a really friendly lady, Kirstine. I am always a little wary of "pushy sales people" but Kirstine was excellent. She carefully explained the different types of mattresses, headboards etc and left us to take a good look ourselves whilst she kindly made us a coffee. We made our mind up and she went through everything with us & arranged a convenient delivery date- great service.

Kirstine was extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure. Ian was also very helpful and friendly.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Kirstine. She was immediately friendly, but not over-bearing. She guided our choices, listening to our preferences and advising us, without any pushy salesmanship. Once we had narrowed down our options & were in the process of making our final choice, she discretely left us to it. We felt unhurried & unpressurised to make any decision, which allowed us to consider the purchase that was right for us.

Quick and efficient. Staff had knowledge of what I was looking for as soon as I walked in.
