We were served by the store manager Ian Heslop at the Potters Bar branch. He was extremely helpful but gave us space to think as we were going over our budget.

When we entered this Potters Bar store we were met by 2 friendly courteous Personnel whom led us to the area application to our needs ie 'Adjustable beds'. Kirstine and Ian answered ALL our comparison questions between the 2 chosen bed possibilities, mattresses and headboards as well as demonstrating the beds adjustability. Finally prices, additional guarantee and a washable pillow protector cover set where all itemised to the Total paid and a 4 week delivery proceedure was gone through with us also. We found both Kirstine and Ian MOST helpful, efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly and courteous as mentioned before.
