The shop assistant was more than helpful.Friendly,courteous and professional.He was so patient as we were on a time limit and had to revisit the shop 3 times.We had limited time and as usual I can never make my mind up.He was so nice it was never a option not to go back.

I found Ian ( validation code 029) extreme helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about all the products and had all the patience required. I also found the other staff there friendly too and a pleasure to walk in. Much better than online ad you can’t beat the personal service and someone to advise.

We were greeted by a lady called Kirstine with a big smile and a up beat good morning who showed us many different product ranges of beds. After showing us left us to make our own decision which is what l liked about the experience because l feel very uncomfortable when being pushed into a situation.

I was helping my 90 year old mother - who suffers from osteoporosis - select a new bed. Denville and his female colleague were very friendly, supportive, courteous and patient with us, they put my mother at ease and they made what could have been for her a trying and difficult purchase decision, an easy and enjoyable experience.

Ian, the salesman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us to the machine which took our specifications and then guided us to the selection of beds it found suitable for us. We made our selection based on comfort and our budget. I cannot praise his customer handling enough, he is a credit to your organisation.

The colleague in the store was very helpful, and made it less stressful for us when looking for a mattress, will tell friends and family to go to dreams when buying a new bed and mattress
