My wife and I visited your shop in Potters Bar where we received first class advice and assistance from Denville. We felt very comfortable in the shop and Denville was an absolute delight. He listened to and understood our requirements and showed us and allowed us to try a number of mattresses. I am pleased to say that with Denville's very helpful assistance we found exactly what what we wanted. Our visit was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end.

The knowledge of the shop assistant was excellent. He explained the difference between all the mattresses and then let us try them out at our leisure without bothering us and chasing us round the store like other shops ! We were able to make our own decision without constantly being pestered but the assistant was on hand to help with any queries or questions we had. Excellent customer service
