Cam was very helpful, offering us drinks and biscuits, he was very knowledgeable about the products, we tried many beds and the bed simulator to confirm we needed a firm bed

I went to shop for aTempur mattress. The branch in Potters Bar had the entire range of mattresses. I was guided and advised by Cameron who was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to my requirements before inviting me to test several mattresses. He advised as to the merits of each. He was friendly and did not push any particular product. After testing I selected and ordered the 30cm medium mattress. I was pleased to learn about the 40 day trial and replacement with another model if I was not happy with the product.

Very pleased with the friendliness of the staff . Knowledge given . Good advice and we were never made to feel under pressure to purchase
