We bought what we came for. The shop assistant was very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was good.

Kirstine offered us a lovely cold drink when we arrived and did not pester us until we asked for help and then she was able to help us in our needs

Ben was fantastic at helping advise what products were available given our requirements and processed our order really quickly.

Great welcome/introduction, assisted with choice of mattress by store technology (electronic bed) which was very helpful in targeting our required mattress type. Shown various display beds with plenty of time for relaxing trial of beds. Given excellent assistance to choose mattress, bed base type and headboard. Offered coffee and biscuits for our group and pleasant discourse with Cameron, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, witty and kind. Very accommodating and flexible with options and assistance relating to delivery, set-up and removal of old bed. A distinctly relaxing and friendly atmosphere to make such an important purchase. Thanks Cameron, your company should see you as a valuable asset. We left very pleased and satisfied with our experience at your store. Highly recommended.

The colleague was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout selection and ordering. We were the only customers in store. With only one member of staff on duty the whole experience may have been totally different.

The lady didn’t jump on me as soon as I walked in the store (which I hate) she greeted me very politely and said if I needed anything at all just give her a shout, perfect start. We walked round, looked at what we like and then when we needed help she was available and ready to answer any questions we had. She was great at helping us choose a mattress and organising the delivery date as well
