The assistant Cameron was extremely professional and friendly. In fact we came back to this store because of him. We had a previous unrelated emergency purchase to make and he was so good, we chose to go to Dreams for our mattress above anyone else.

Way above what we expected as we were measured for the right mattress before we started looking around. Most impressed. We were given all the assistance we needed without feeling pressurised.

Ben was very friendly and helped us with all our needs. We was greeted instantly and was helped with finding our ideal comfort type. We was offered refreshments by Ben and other members of staff and once shown all our options around the shop was left to our own devices to decide what we wanted. Once decided he was quick and helpful with placing the order and arranging flexible delivery options.

Staff (Cameron) was highly attentive from the moment we walked in. Very knowledgeable of the products. Didn't try the hard sell tactic.

I went with a clear idea of what I needed and found the assistant very responsive to this.
