Very helpful service by Cameron and Ben in store without any pressure to buy.

We spent over an hour in the store trying/testing the best for comfort, quality and design and had a very relaxed and pleasurable experience unlike other competitor's stores we visited where we were hit with a huge sales pitch and a lack of interest in what we wanted. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, put us at ease and helped us throughout the process. He answered numerous questions and advised enabling us to make our decision and, left with ordering a sofa for our daughter's bedroom too! Would highly recommend him and a visit to the Potters Bar store! In fact, we will be back when we are looking to replace other beds in our home.

Cameron showed us several mattresses and let us try them all at our leisure. There were many in stock to see. He didn’t pressurise us but was very helpful.

Cameron is clearly an experienced salesperson and very knowledgable about the products. But what makes a great shopping experience is a balance of the above and the personal side to the salesperson. Cameron has a genuine quality to him, which is rare to find. Most salespeople make me want to leave a store but Cameron was both helpful and available but didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about taking time to look at the products.
