Really great helpful and friendly service, Kirstine answered all our questions and went out of her way to ensure we made the right choice. Nothing was too much trouble despite, at the time, Kirstine was the only salesperson in the shop she managed to look after other customers as well as us without fuss.

The customer service was exceptional! Cam made the whole process of buying a mattress easy and fun. Cam was very friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He was very quick to greet us and see if we needed help and listened to what we needed. We tried a few beds and it was lovely to have pillows provided so you felt you could properly judge if the mattress was correct for you or not. Cam answered all our questions and offered us a drink each which was lovely. Amazing service and a lovely sales rep.

We walked into the shop and the assistant named Ben asked if we needed any help. We told him what we wanted and he immediately took us to a bed he thought we would like - and we did. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

This was my first time shopping for a bed and with the amount of choice it was fairly stressful but we told Ben our budget and what we needed and within 20 minutes I had decided on the bed and mattress i was getting which i was extremely impressed with. The pricing was excellent and I will almost definitely be back for any future shopping for beds/pillows/mattresses
