Cameron the salesman was in the store on his own and on the phone when we arrived. He came over to us as soon as possible, apologised for not being able to assist us straight away. His product knowledge was brilliant. A really professional, confident and friendly guy. A real asset to your company.

We were served by Cam. He was brilliant. Fantastic customer service and extremely knowledgeable about all the products.

The customer services is excellent, everything in the store is exceptional, we had the most welcoming customer service , I have been a dream customer for over 10 years and this particular store in Potters Bar is simply the best , Ben and his colleague who was there with him on the 05/11/19 they are both excellent team , I rate them 20 🌟 🌟 stars from 1-10 😊 , a big thank you and well done guys .!

Ben was a fantastic sales manager and guided us to exactly the products we asked for giving us friendly straightforward and helpful advice.Altogether a great shopping experience resulting in exactly what we wanted a new mattress for us and a new bed and mattress for our daughter.

We were greeted as soon as walked into the shop. The assistant Cameron was extremely friendly and helpful. Shopping with small children can be quite challenging but Cameron and his colleague kept our children busy with activities and made us all feel very welcomed. The fact that Cameron had an answer for all our questions was amazing.

The person was v helpful, found the bed I wanted quickly. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Just a fab service all round, no complaints at all plus 0% finance which meant I could afford a much more expensive mattress than I would have been able to afford if I had had to pay up front so all in all I was very happy. Thank you very much I would definitely recommend you and in fact had been recommended by friends of mine who had recently bought from you.

The person within the store (Cameron) was extremely helpful and friendly. He asked whether we wanted a coffee when we arrived (which we did not but we appreciated the kind gesture); he did not hassle us (which we also appreciated) then, when, we did need some assistance he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions thoroughly - he certainly new the products very well. At no time did we feel pushed into buying anything (again, we appreciated this) and we were very happy with the outcome, albeit we have yet to receive delivery. Overall it was a very good experience.
