Shelley and Kristine were very busy with loads of customers but still made every effort to keep us informed that they were coming to help

Shelley greeted and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. She was friendly and knowledgeable, offering assistance and advice. However, importantly, she allowed me enough space to try mattresses for myself without being pushy. When I needed help after trying mattresses, she was just as attentive. The branch itself was bright, clean and tidy and the staff engaged.
