Shelley who has only been working at the store for three weeks was extremely helpful given this is mine and my partners first time buying a mattress together. The experience was very good, she showed us around a few mattresses whilst the dream matcher machine was in use. Then helped match us to our perfect mattress. She was very polite and extremely happy and helpful. I would 100% recommend this store - potters bar.

Very good customer service!

Kirstine at your Potters Bar branch was brilliant. She gave us a guide to the layout of the showroom and then entertained our 2 young children while we went and tested mattresses. Her knowledge of the products, enthusiasm and general friendliness was second to none.

The customer service and over all experience was fantastic. We had our two children with us and the staff were very accommodating. They offered us a hot drink and offered for our eldest daughter to do some drawing and offered her a chocolate. Our first time buying from Dreams and it has been a dream shopping with you. The assistant was extremely friendly and courteous

I went to the Dreams store in Potters Bar where I was greeted by friendly staff who offered me a drink. They were very friendly and helpful. Daisy assisted me and it was her first week but I was very impressed with her assistance.

Kristine greeted us as we entered the shop asking if we would like help. She was not pushy but guided us to the sleep mattress bed for evaluation of suitability of mattress for husband. One the calculations had been done she then showed husband the recommended mattress to try out. At no time did she make us feel pressurised to buy just leaving us to make up our own minds.
