CAM WAS VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE VERY EASY AS CHOOSING A BED CAN BE HARD TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION WE WERE EVEN ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE A DRINK HE SUGGESTED LOOKING AT ALL THE BEDS AND THEN HAVE A GO ON THE MACHINE TO WHICH IT CONFIRMED THE 3 BEDS WE PICKED OUT WERE THE CORRECT TYPE REALLY PLEASED WE CHOSE DREAMS FOR OUR NEW MATTRESS AND CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY ARE THE BEST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Friendly and helpful staff with good product knowledge and not pushy sales people. The range of products were extensive and I was given clear information about the best mattress to suit my needs and budget.

We were greeted by a very friendly young man, we did the sleep match and then Daisy introduced herself to us. We had a feeling that she might be new however, this did not affect her customer service as if we asked a question that she was unsure about, she had a colleague to speak to. We found all the staff to be very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A mattress had to be moved for us to try and this was done with no fuss. Would definitely go to Dreams Potters Bar again....

The lady who served me - Shelley - was lovely - very friendly and helpful, not intrusive at all and I was very happy overall with the service.
