Lovely young man extremely friendly and helpful was in and out in no time with the exact mattress that was suitable for me

Daisy was brilliant. I was In real need for a new matress. She showed me the sleep machine. Which helped me find what firmness I need. Then daisy showed me multiple mattresses and I found a great one in my price range. I was there for about 45 mins and felt really comfortable as I suffer from social anxiety. Daisy made me feel welcome and at ease. Thankyou so much.

Cam was v friendly greeting us as we entered the store. offered us a drink and gave us a full explanation of what we could buy and also the sleepmatch service

We visited the store to replace a mattress and although we had a particular item in mind, the staff outlined that we would need a particular type of mattress to compliment the motorised base that we already had.

Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy with the sales and allowed us plenty of time to try out all the different options.

Cam, the store assistant, was very courteous, greeting us as we passed through the door of the store without making you feel you were being pounced upon. He more than once offered us drinks which we in fact declined ~ weren't thirsty rather than the product being offered. The sleep match machine was an experience that was interesting and pretty much gave the result we were expecting ~ so good. Cam also offered us a pillow that suited our sleep style to use when finalising the mattress selection, and he allowed us plenty of time to make this final decision. He also made the ordering process and delivery organisation a very painless experience. So far so good. Assuming the product arrives on time and the delivery team are as good as Cam then Dreams will be a great purchasing experience.

We were dealt with very promptly and professionally. All questions were answered well and we were made to feel comfortable and not pressurised.
