The store was very well arranged and easy to identify the products we were looking for. The attentive nature of the store manager and staff was excellent. We were allowed to browse and review the items without being hassled for sales. The staff were courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cam was friendly and didn’t do the hard sale. Really good at entertaining and involving our young daughters too. He gave us lots of information and plenty of time to decide on the right mattress.

I have visited the Potters Bra branch today I’m order to buy a new bed frame, mattress, pillow and duvet. Since walking through the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and eagerness to help from Shelly. She was extremely helpful, making sure that my purchase would be perfect and that I won’t have any regrets after. She was helpful answering all my questions regarding the frames, mattresses, pillows and duvets. She ensured that everything was perfect and also offered refreshments during the whole process.

The whole operation of talking about and making the purchase was extremely easy. Knowledge and explanation of the products was excellent.

I did'nt just tick 'highly delighted' without thought. It's a awful long time since I/we had a new bed. Now a widower the time was right to treat myself. Well received in store,the young man who attended me was so very helpful,not pushy at all and gave me time to view potential purchases. Highly satisfied with thanks.
