Was very pleased with my experience to Dreams Potters Bar) as the staff were very helpful. We went into the shop not really knowing what sort of mattress we wanted but were soon given lots of advice on different types. Would certainly recommend the shop to others.

As we entered the store the assistant got up from her seat and walked towards us to engage, and gave us her full attention. She was knowledgeable, and helpful, explaining our options.

I have been to this store before and have been satisfied, whish is why I returned today. However, the store manager was fantastic today. Very easy to talk to, asked relevant questions which helped us narrow down which bed we would prefer. Supplied pillows to help with our sleeping issues. And even when we were about to order and then changed our minds at the last minute he didn't seem to mind at all. Very professional service.
