Dreams - Potters Bar

On entering the showroom we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. Assistance was provided throughout the selection process in a professional and friendly way. Throughout we were treated as “special”. I was a retailer for over 30 years and Josh who helped us was acting exactly as I would expect anyone to behave in customer service. Couldn’t fault him or the showroom.

Josh welcomed me as I entered the store and asked how he could help, he offered refreshments and showed me products of interest before allowing me time to decide and checked up on me later on and helped me place my order explaining everything very clearly.

Delightful staff

Rachael explained clearly the advantages and disadvantages of different bases and mattresses. I was given plenty of time and space but Rachael made herself available when I needed her. She was also looking after other customers.

Greeted as we walked in. Josh was very helpful and showed us the mattresses that would be suitable for our needs, pointing out the differences between them. He definitely came across as being a knowledgeable salesman and answered all the questions we put to him in a confident manner.
