We came in with a few mattresses in mind, were shown them or equivalents and provided with pillows and PPE. After wed decided the order was put through swiftly and everything explained clearly

I was highly satisfied by my experience because Cam listened to what I was looking for and I informed him I had looked online, but wanted to look at the mattress itself. When I asked if I was allowed to sit on the bed (I didn't know what the expectations were due to new health and safety regulations) he explained the new protocol clearly and put the mattress protector down etc for me to sit and lie on the bed as well as giving me a pillow. He also asked me to do the Sleepmatch to ensure my selection of mattress was right for me. I also really appreciated that I didn't feel pressured, he also gave me space when the Sleepmatch was doing its thing, but made sure he was available for questions. I was really pleased with the service I received today, especially as I am moving (with the completion date coming soon). He assured me I could still order, gave me a delivery date which would work with when I expect to be moving in, and informed me I can pay a deposit which will be refundable if the sale doesn't go through. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I was provided.

When the mattress I was looking at online wasn't in a sale, he was able to recommend one that was very similar. He also showed me the bed I wanted to purchase as well as finding another bed which was in the colour I wanted to order. I also appreciated how he was able to offer a delivery date that worked with me and my completion date of my flat. I was also informed I'd only need to pay 20% deposit and then pay the balance when I was sure of my completion date. I also also told i would be able to move my delivery date back if I needed to, which was reassuring.
