The selection was varied and good. Charline the rep: was excellent knowledgable and polite ,not pushey but eager to see me make my own choice which I liked. The price was satisfactory but delivery was too long,particularly as I live onlly 3-4 miles from the store. But with the covid19 problem understandable. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

Sales assistants were very helpful and friendly. We were served quickly, without fuss and to our upmost satisfaction.

Both Charles & Cameron in the Potters Bar we’re helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Great experience and would recommend store to friends.
