The store colleague (shelly) was bright, insightful and helped my partner and I find the right bed and mattress we needed. We were offered water, hand sanitiser and gloves on arrival. We were shown the mattress gizmo (name I can't remember sorry) whiched helped me massively as I suffer with back pain and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. Couldn't praise her up more.

The members of staff at Dreams were very helpful and helped me chose the correct bed for me and what suited me the best, let me try out the correct mattress for me as well you going on the sleep match bed to see which mattress was right for me, also the cleanliness of the shop amazing offering us water when we came in as well and kept to the social distances and the staff were wearing the masks as well, I was really happy with the service.

I was extremely HIGHLY SATISFIED overall in my visit to DREAMS on said day N with my visit I received the UPMOST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE a customer requires. There’s standards are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED within businesses today following with said COVID..
