The Dreams colleague Shelley provided an excellent service. She greeted us, provided us with a drink and assisted us with the Sleepmatch process. She also provided us with a pillow when we were testing the mattresses. She helped us to find exactly what we were looking for.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because Cameron the employee that was there to assist me explained to me the differences in each bed frame that I was interested in. He offered me a drink and placed the order in a good amount of time.

The sales assistant (Cameron) was very professional,friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products .He took his time to find out what we were looking for ,gave us different options and made suggestions for alternative products ,followed Covid -19 guidelines and was very pleasant and chatty . The only thing was the delivery date was too far (in October),but he did explain it was because of the pandemic(understandable) My husband and I were very pleased with the level of customer service we received ,and most likely will return to purchase a bed as well (we bought a mattress on this visit) . Cameron is an asset to your company !
