Were greeted very kindly once entering the store and provided free bottle water. The retailer asked all the correct questions and made sure to keep the shopping within the price range our budget was set at. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the shopping experience.

The shop is well laid out and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Knew straight away what I was looking for. This was a first trip shopping for my sister and I since lockdown and the staff put us at ease straight away. Social distancing was well done and gel was available. My sister was very tired with the heat and was offered a bottle of water. This little act of kindness is welcomed. I will be returning to Dreams for my future needs.
