We were very satisfied we were welcomed into the store and offered assistance straight away. We were offered ppe in the form of gel and bottles of water. The staff were very helpful and patient and explained the different mattresses and the quality. We were also offered to lay on the mattress and have our sleep Position taken. Overall a great experience and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Am happy with my purchase but felt the delivery times were so far apart over a month wait.
