The assistance given to me by Joshua was super. He listened, was attentive without pushing for the sale. He gave me choices allowing me time to test the different mattresses several times. These were the ones that were identified on your test mattress. He also said there were cheaper options but explained thoroughly, for me, the reasons why the one I chose was better

I went into your Potters Bar store, I spoke to Georgina. Not only was she friendly and approachable , she was highly knowledgeable and accommodating! She helped me in the best way possible - I can't praise her highly enough!!!

I visited the store with my 88 year old mother who is also blind to choose her a new mattress. We were served by Rachael who greeted us warmly and offered us both bottled water before showing us to the sleep machine. Once Rachael established which type of bed was suitable for my mother, she showed us a selection of beds for my mother to try in the budget my mother was looking in. Once my mother had tried a couple, Rachael waited discreetly while my mother decided the best mattress for her, then after checking that mum was comfortable, took me to try out a couple of pillows for my own use. again waiting patiently while I decided. Payment and delivery dates were then sorted out and Rachael then kindly offered to take the pillow to the car for us seeing that I had my hands full helping mum back out to the car. I cannot praise Rachael and the store highly enough. She is a real credit to dreams

The product i was interested in was demonstrated quickly and was a great product. The assistant ws positive, friendly and helpful throughout. Checking with colleagues for answers to some of my questions. A friendly team
