I knew what mattress I wanted but I did not want to order online so I went into the store in Potters Bar. There was hand sanitiser at the entrance and the shop was in a clean state. Rachel was the sales assistant who helped me out and she was very pleasant to deal with. She was very polite and helpful. The manager in store (I did not get his name) was also very polite and helpful. I explained that I needed the mattress for a certain date and they managed to arrange it for that date which was very helpful indeed. Very satisfying experience all in all.
