A very clean and tidy store I felt extremely safe gloves and sanitizer were provided.I was allowed to browse at my leisure.When I had made up my mind a lovely young assistant served me the whole experience was very pleasant thank you .

Rachael and her colleague were friendly, but not OTT. She showed us clearly the best beds to look at, referring exactly to the points we told her we were looking for and was then available whenever we needed her, without following us about. She was highly sensitive to my husband's mobility needs. She listened.
