friendly and knowledgeable staff. booking an appointment time was good giving us unlimited attention from staff, while not having to wait or avoid other customers. freedom to be able to try multiple products without any rush or pressure by customers or staff. didn't feel pressured to make a decision or purchase. Rachael, our sales assistant was very attentive but without being over bearing, she was happy to show us what ever we asked about and checked before we purchased that there was nothing else we wanted to see. giving us time and privacy to discuss and decide. while in store i noticed that beds were being sanitised which is very reassuring. hand sanitiser and bottles of drinking water are available inside the entrance. cant wait for my mattress to arrive now!
