Greeted by a friendly , polite member of staff on my entrance to the store,hand sanitiser available and offered water. Well spaced and signposted to all items that were suitable for my needs. No pressure to buy most expensive item it was more about what suited me . A highly informative member of staff. Completely felt at ease in the store especially at these unprecedented times.

Cameron was great in his knowledge and approach, he was very helpful and friendly, he even offered me some water. Overall it was just a nice way to start my Monday morning a new bed and a genuinely nice customer service advisor.

Upon entering the showroom I was greeted in a professional manner and asked what my needs were. The assistant was calm and appreciative of my needs and explained in some detail as to the process in choosing a bed and mattress. Explained by using the store computer bed assimilation I would be able to quantify the type of mattress required. Following this the assistant spent some considerable time showing me a number of mattresses that suited my needs where upon an informed decision was reached.

I had spoken to Georgina on the phone earlier that day & as a result decided to visit the store. I was greeted warmly by both staff members & offered water & use of sanitiser. After I had been on the sleep match machine Georgina helped me try numerous beds that it had recommended, & with the aid of a very comfortable pillow I finally made a decision. Although she has only worked in dreams for a short time she has been extremely well trained & I was very impressed at her knowledge of the beds & her level of competence & friendliness.
