Dreams - Potters Bar

Having spent at least a week looking on line for a single bed and mattress it was a relief to get the assistance from one of your ladies at the Potters Bar branch. Very helpful indeed and I bought a bed base with drawers, mattress, headboard and mattress topper. Due to be delivered on 11th January.

We were assisted by Potters Bar branch store manager. He was very courteous helpful and friendly throughout. He made us feel completely at ease and was very patient. Also the mattress we ordered late yesterday evening was reduced again in the sale this morning. The manager phoned my wife this morning and suggested that she speak to customer services. She did and they very kindly agreed to offer her the reduced price and refund the diff. Thank yoy

Excellent service from Josh. Was quick to greet us, offered us drinks, took us through the sleepwatch procedure and showed us plenty of options, all of which were thoroughly explained. Gave us pillows of our choice to help us test the beds. Was attentive but gave us space to test products and discuss amongst ourselves. Was happy to field questions and I felt he explained the ordering and delivery process well.
