The nice lady Rachael met us at the shop door offered us water if needed the shop was so tidy and clean it was a pleasure to go there to purchase our new mattress and yes we would shop there again. Nothing was a problem for Rachael and she answered all our questions we would give her 100% thank you

The person I spoke to at Potters Bar was efficient at finding me a suitable mattress, called back promptly with less times and was friendly and helpful. The mattress arrived a whole day earlier than expected, which was a bonus.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about everything and l would highly recommend him for promotion. I placed my order mid October and l have to wait until the end of January. I consider this to be far to long and very disappointed!
