Efficient, professional and very friendly staff. Good customer care. All our questions were answered. Felt very comfortable with all the Covid safety measures in place.

We were greeted by a friendly sales assistant. My wife had already visited the branch the previous week were she also was greeted well. The sales assistant went through all the items with myself and despite closing the sale made a point of appointing the sale to the previous sales assistant of I which I am unsure if the sales staff are commission based but thought this was a generous and thoughtful thing to do especially in this current market.

The nice lady Rachael met us at the shop door offered us water if needed the shop was so tidy and clean it was a pleasure to go there to purchase our new mattress and yes we would shop there again. Nothing was a problem for Rachael and she answered all our questions we would give her 100% thank you
