Dreams - Potters Bar

I am very pleased the service I have received, the sales man had very good knowledge and helped us to choose our dream bed and mattress. Very highly recommended to visit a store in Potters Bar.

We found the 2 members of staff Sid and Shelley very helpful. They were also both extremely knowledgeable.

The staff left us alone to browse without bothering us, and when we were ready, we’re helpful knowledgeable and not in any rush to push us into buying anything. When we had decided they then steered us through the buying process with speed and efficiently.

We were taken through all our options and helped in anything we were not sure about. The gentleman Cuong did not rush us but showed us everything we were interested in.

Rachael who served me took time to find out what I wanted and could answer any question I had. She was friendly and helpful.

The assistant was very helpful, explained carefully the types of beds. We used the machine to determine the correct bed for us. Rachael was extremely pleasant and offered us coffee.

We were helped by Cuong in the store and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, very impressed!

The Dreams store in Potters Bar is excellent and a credit to your brand . Sid and Rachael were polite ,knowledgable and in no ways pushy as are some sales assistants in other furniture stores .We couldn't have asked for better service .

The member of staff answered all my questions, was polite and did his best to ensure the process was smooth running. He also offered my daughters a drink, a treat and a Dreams reading book which the loved!
