Dreams - Potters Bar

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable even during a busy period. The store manager Cameron and his assistant Georgina were fantastic.

Both sales staff we dealt with were extremely polite and knowledgeable - particularly Georgina.

Shelley was very friendly from the moment she came over to us as we came in. She listened to what we wanted (a mattress for us and one for our daughter). She was great for suggesting mattresses to try (after we had done the sleep match) but was also happy for our daughter to go her own way and try others she wanted. There was a good selection to try and I liked the fact there was no hard sell, Shelley let the mattresses do the work. Once we had chosen, the ordering was quick and easy and I was pleasantly surprised to find only a few days wait for delivery.

The level of service was excellent, product knowledge also excellent. The person I saw, who happened to be the store manager, was friendly, offered refreshments, spent time explaining the choices after using the machine that detects the best mattress for you. He showed me the most suitable range of mattresses and allowed me time and space to walk around the store to look at bed frames. The Murphy bed frame that I wanted to see was not in the Potters Bar store. A couple of phone cals were made, the bed frame was located, directions were provided which was really helpful. All in all 10/10 for staff, store and products.

Speed of service, sales man listened to needs and directed us to most suitable products.

The staff were very welcoming especially Georgina from the potters bar branch and understanding of what my needs were in the sense of needing a bed frame and see what options where the best for me, she was able to tell me all about the items I was interested in and what was the best deal for my financial stability and what i was looking for.

Shelley was very knowledgable and couldn’t have been more helpful.

1) Distancing rules adhered to by staff and a friendly reminder by Cameron to respect the distance between other customers. 2) Offered numerous times by Cameron if we wanted a drink whilst we looked 3) Cameron was very knowledgeable and guided us in a non-pushy/salesy way 4) Bed and pillows were readily available and drop off for bed could have been immediate 5) Rachael who helped us place the order was extremely friendly and welcoming Overall great service from the Potters Bar dreams team! Would recommend.
