Callum the store manager gave us outstanding service and made us feel welcome and valued. We bought our previous bed from there many years ago and we were pleased then and now. The shop assistant also spent time with us and was very helpful.

We were approached by a friendly shop manager on arrival. We told him we wanted the same bed as we bought before just bigger but couldn't remember the model we got so he contacted the store we bought it from to help us find a similar bed. He was very patient with us as we tried out multiple mattresses following the sleep match. We didn't feel pressured or rushed into a decision to buy now.

Good range of mattresses available to try. Good offers available. Store was spacious and well laid out. Sales staff very helpful, friendly, with good product knowledge and able to answer our questions. This was our second visit to this store to try out mattresses again from our short list. On this visit we were offered the Sleepmatch option and then directed to those on our list together with a few new suggestions according to Sleepmatch result and our personal preferences. Not put under pressure to complete purchase quickly, given ample time to browse and try out.

I was buying a bed for my sister who has learning difficulties and Rachael the assistant went out of her way to help us and make it an enjoyable experience for my sister. I was very impressed with her. She is defiantly an asset to your company
