Dreams - Potters Bar

1st. On the website it says you have parking. That's misleading. You don't have parking, it is private pay and display. We didn't have coins to pay (can't pay online) and spent 30min driving around to find parking. 2nd. We came prepared to buy as we knew what we wanted. There was not real assistance from the staff thought. They did not show any expertise or actually interest if we will buy or not. If we weren't prepared to buy, they would not have convinced us to buy anything

I felt we were very hurried and very little interaction from the the sales assistant.

Not very well trained and placed wrong order initially and had to go back to the store next day , May bank holiday Monday. WASTE OF MY TIME ...ONE HOUR
