I found the same product with another seller who offered me £100 less than what you are charging me and also a free installation. I called the branch today and explain to them the situation they said someone will call me back and I haven’t received that call I would like to get a refund back to be able to purchase my Bed frame someone else

Karen, the floor assistant was helpful in pointing out the type of mattress we were after but started us off in the most expensive area. After we had wandered around for about half an hour she finally pointed out a special offer right by the door with the mattress we wanted at half price! When we came to make the purchase both tills were occupied, which is fine, except that one couple kept getting up and looking at more beds so were clearly not ready to make a purchas and we were kept waiting for around 20 minutes, purse in hand. Nearly walked out to be honest.

We felt it was more important to sell us the most expensive items. The salesman was not extremely interested in comparing prices between items and looking for the best deal for us. He also told us the mattress protector would be free and it was charged anyway. After being firm, he took this of the bill (after telling us he had mistaken the available promotion and asking us if we were OK to pay for it anyway). Later, he realised he had forgotten to charge the headboard and there was also some confusion about the colour of the headboard and size of the duvet. He also did not come across very professional with his shirt hanging out of his pants. We were happy we had decided beforehand what type of mattress and bed we wanted and hope this was indeed a good deal for us. We also hope the bed and headboard will come in the colour and pattern we ordered. We have overall mixed feelings and will probably not recommend this store to our friends and relatives.

When I walked in the assistant was on the telephone. He was alone, so there wasn't another soul to assist me. I was vaguely told where to find what I wanted and it was a full ten minutes before I had any assistance. Considering I had every intention of buying a mattress for £400. The assistant must have realised as I had telephoned him in the morning making an inquiry. Quite frankly I was appalled at the way this man thought he could behave. It was the last day of your sale in Potters Bar, otherwise I would have certainly walked out and gone to John Lewis's.

After leaving the shop I felt as though I had paid for things I did not need to. The delivery, an extended guarantee and a mattress protector. In short, I had been sold to rather than been allowed to make good buying decisions. If I had bought from the Dreams On-line I would have made decisions that would have resulted in me buying the mattress I wanted at £549 and to achieve this I would have delayed the purchase until I could next take time off work to get free delivery. With the extras that were 'sold' to me I actually spent £643. reflecting on this after leaving the shop left me feeling somewhat bamboozled and that the process was a rather unpleasant one

1st. On the website it says you have parking. That's misleading. You don't have parking, it is private pay and display. We didn't have coins to pay (can't pay online) and spent 30min driving around to find parking. 2nd. We came prepared to buy as we knew what we wanted. There was not real assistance from the staff thought. They did not show any expertise or actually interest if we will buy or not. If we weren't prepared to buy, they would not have convinced us to buy anything
